We are delighted to invite you to exhibit at our hugely exciting brand new Hampshire wedding show at beautiful Minstead Lodge in the New Forest.

Grooms considering booking this unique venue and also looking to meet
local suppliers to assist them with their wedding, which may be taking

We have limited tables of various sizes - all are allocated as orders are received. Please tick on the booking form below ALL stand options you would consider and be happy booking for this show.

- 6’ Trestle or equivalent space only + room for 1 pop-up banner/mannequin £125 (no VAT)
- 4’ Trestles | 3’ Rounds or equivalent space only + room for 1 pop-up banner/mannequin £99 (no VAT)
- Outside Space Only (for transport, hogroast/BBQ, pizza oven etc) £75 (no VAT)

4) Insurance : all exhibitors must have valid Public Liability (PL) Insurance. Please make sure your policy covers you for exhibitions/events taking place away from your business premises (not all policies include such cover). We will require proof of your policy emailed to us before the show.
