Getting married in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset or Somerset (or even further afield)? We're here to provide support, guidance, expert advice and reassurance in the lead up to your wedding, and be the calm and friendly presence you need on your big day that ensures everything runs smoothly!
WHO'S IT FOR & WHAT'S INCLUDED
This option is for couples who have booked all their suppliers themselves and now need our support in the final month and on your wedding day, to bring everything together and ensure everything goes to plan. We'll have an initial consultation 6 weeks before your wedding and at 1 month before, we will fully jump on board and become the main point of contact for all your suppliers, highlighting any potential issues and spotting anything you've missed early on, allowing enough time to fill any gaps and make any adjustments.

Planning your big day is a huge deal! It’s super exciting, but we get it—it can also feel a bit overwhelming with all the things to think about & organise. You’ve booked your suppliers, got everything you need... but now what? When your big day finally comes, all those awesome suppliers & beautiful touches you’ve chosen need to all come together to create your dream wedding. And don’t forget—you’re getting married, too! There's a lot going on, right?
You’re probably starting to wonder how you’ll manage everything on the big day and make sure it all runs smoothly.
Here’s the deal—you can’t do it all by yourself. Not without a little help, at least!
Sure, your friends and family might offer to pitch in, but do you really want them working on your wedding day? You want them there to celebrate with you, not running around taking care of last-minute details. Plus, you deserve to enjoy every second with them, and them with you!
And the last thing you want on your wedding morning is to be stressing—chasing suppliers, dealing with last-minute tasks, or handling any surprises that pop up, as they inevitably do.
That’s where we come in! Let us take care of everything so you can have a totally stress-free wedding day.

ON THE DAY
Every wedding is beautifully unique and has its own requirements. We can't squeeze all the ways we can help make your big day amazing, into just a few bullet points, but below is a quick snapshot to give you a rough idea. If you fill out our enquiry form, we'll send you our brochure with all the details on what we do and how we can help!
We'll be at your reception venue, making sure everything runs smoothly—usually starting three hours before your ceremony and staying until after your first dance (up to 12 hours of support). We'll ensure the venue looks perfect, everyone is ready, and everything goes as planned, so you can just relax and enjoy your day. No need to stress—you’re in great hands!
We will :
meet and greet all your suppliers and be their point of contact on the day
handle all behind-the-scenes coordination and make sure everyone's in sync
discreetly deal with any issues that crop up (no-one will ever know)!
keep your bridal party and guests on track with where they need to be and when
bring your vision to life and take care of all those important finishing touches—decor, table/place names, candles, sweets, cakes etc
assist with flowers, bouquets, buttonholes, and other floral details
oversee and coordinate your ceremony, playing any music, if needed (if your ceremony and reception are in the same place)
hand out confetti
oversee your drinks reception to keep things flowing smoothly
be your 'MC', making all announcements (like asking guests to take their seats, welcoming you into the wedding breakfast, introducing speeches, and anything else you want us to say)
share our wedding kit with you - it's packed with tissues, wet wipes, plasters, deodorant, safety pins, pens, scissors, spare phone chargers, mints, a first aid kit, and loads more
we'll take care of any other tasks you need help with
... and remember, that's just a snapshot!
CHURCH WEDDINGS
If you're getting married in a different place to your reception (eg. Church), and think you'll need support at both the ceremony and the reception venues, we can chat about that and how we can cover both areas for you. No problem.

BEFORE THE DAY
LET'S HAVE A CHAT
Once you've completed our enquiry form and we've sent you our brochure, we can book an initial 30-minute mini consultation on Zoom. At that point you can tell us more about your plans for your big day and we'll ask a few key questions, to get a feel for what sort of help you need. We'll get to know each other and decide whether we are the right fit for each other.
BOOKING US
All good? Happy to go ahead? We'll send a link to our online booking form for you to complete and return. We'll also send you our contract/terms. Once you've completed the booking form, we'll send an invoice for the deposit. 25% of the total booking fee is needed to secure your date and once that's paid, your booking is confirmed, the date is in the diary and now the fun can begin!
CONSULTATION
We will meet in person at your chosen venue whenever you're ready but at least 6 weeks before your wedding, if possible. We'll go over your plans, suppliers, and confirm all the details you've arranged so far.
ONE MONTH TO GO
We'll have another catch-up (usually on Zoom) to finalise and confirm all details for your big day.
ONE WEEK TO GO
A final quick check-in one week before your wedding to ensure everything is on track and address any last-minute changes or adjustments.
SUPPLIER SUGGESTIONS
If you still need to book any suppliers, we're happy to recommend our trusted, reliable contacts.
WEDDING DAY TIMELINE / ADMIN
We'll work with you to create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, which will be shared with you, your venue, and all your suppliers. We'll also produce a document detailing all the key suppliers and their contact details.
SUPPLIER LIAISON
One month before your big day, we'll reach out to all your booked suppliers to introduce ourselves. On the day we'll ensure everything is on track and running smoothly. We'll be their point of contact from one month before the wedding and on the day.
VENUE LIAISON
Where applicable, we'll visit your venue to get familiar with the layout, rooms, staff, and any other important details. We'll be their point of contact on the day. If it's more of a DIY wedding, we'll touch base with any relevant keyholders with regards to access, if needed.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We'll highlight any potential issues and recommend any tweaks to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day.
MEETINGS
All meetings, except the initial venue visit will take place on Zoom.
UNLIMITED CONTACT
In the final month before your wedding, you'll enjoy unlimited contact with us. We'll be readily available to answer your many questions and offer you all the reassurance you need - you can reach us by email, phone, Zoom or WhatsApp if you prefer. Whatever works for you!
TRAVEL
Travel expenses are included for all weddings taking place within a 50 mile radius of Salisbury. For weddings further afield, we'll be happy to provide a bespoke quote for you to include additional travel and accommodation, where necessary.
FULLY INSURED & FIRST AID TRAINED
You can book confidently, knowing we've got all bases covered.

PARTIAL PLANNING
If you think you may need more than 'On the Day' support, check out Partial Planning - the perfect choice for couples who have already begun the planning process, have maybe booked their venue, their caterer and a few other suppliers and now need our help and expertise over a longer period of time, to pull it all together.
