Weddings can be a big investment, so we like to keep things simple and clear when it comes to pricing. We're all about being upfront and honest - there are no surprises or hidden fees, so you know exactly what to budget. And since we're not VAT-registered, you get an instant 20% saving!

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

On the Day Coordination starts from £995 (Monday-Thursday), and £1195 (Friday-Sunday and Bank Holidays). Unless stated (eg. for marquee weddings), the prices quoted below are for one coordinator (Catherine), but you can always upgrade to two. In some instances (eg. if you are having more than 120 guests), two coordinators will need to assist - please contact us for a detailed quote based on your guest numbers.

ADDITIONAL COORDINATOR

For weddings that include one coordinator as standard, it may sometimes be necessary to have an additional coordinator assisting, taking the total number of coordinators to two, eg. where venues only allow access on the day to set up; if two different venues need to be covered; if the overall workload requires it; if your guest numbers exceed 120. We will advise you if an additional coordinator is needed, once we have a better understanding of your plans and requirements.

PARTIAL PLANNING

This option is for couples who have already booked their venue and probably their caterer and a few other suppliers. We'll have an initial consultation 6 months before your wedding (or whenever you're ready) and we'll normally fully jump on board to support you 3 months before and On the Day, with full coordination included and 2 coordinators assisting.

AD-HOC HELP

This option is for couples who are busy planning their wedding themselves, but feel like they may need some ad-hoc support, help or advice along the way - maybe someone just to hold your hand and get you back on track, when you feel like you've lost your way or it's all just getting too much. Anyone can book a chat with us. So whether you have a dilemma and don't know which way to turn, need some supplier suggestions, would like some guidance on timings or help designing your table plan, get in touch - we're here for you!

WEDDING WEBSITES

ALL ESSENTIAL INFO, ALL IN ONE PLACE

This option is open to all couples, whether or not you are booking us for On the Day Coordination or Partial Planning.

We will create a unique page on the Love That Wedding website for you, detailing all essential info (venue/timings/RSVPs etc), accommodation links, transport links, photo gallery, wedding gift info, order of the day and anything else you'd like us to add. Your page will be hosted and hidden and can be password protected, if needed.

This option is included for couples booking us for Partial Planning. For couples booking us for On the Day Coordination, we've applied a little discount for you, making it just £145.
