PARTIAL PLANNING

WHO'S IT FOR & WHAT'S INCLUDED

This option is for couples who want to do a lot of the work themselves, or who perhaps have already started their wedding planning journey, but could now use some professional help, guidance and expertise to bring it all together - maybe you simply don't have the time to finish what you started. No problem - we'll get you back on track!

Couples will have usually already booked their venue and their caterer and a few other suppliers. We'll have an initial consultation 6 months before your wedding (or whenever you're ready) and we'll normally fully jump on board to support you 3 months before and on the big day, with full coordination included and 2 coordinators assisting.

INITIAL CONSULTATION (6 MONTHS TO GO)

We can either chat on the phone, on zoom or in person to discuss your progress so far, and your plans and ideas going forward. You'll fill us in on what you've done and what's to be done. Depending on what stage you're at, we would probably recommend we meet 4-6 months before your wedding day if that's possible, but if we don't have that long, it's not a problem - we will just work quicker! After your initial consultation we will have a 1 hour catch up call once per month, between 3 and 6 months before your wedding. At 3 months before the wedding, you'll have our full support.

UNLIMITED CONTACT (3 MONTHS TO GO)

You will enjoy unlimited contact with us in the final 3 month countdown to your wedding (either via zoom, phone, email or WhatsApp). We will meet once (maybe twice) at your chosen venue to discuss plans and logistics etc, and of course we'll be there on the day, to make sure everything goes smoothly.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

Included in our Partial Planning package is full On the Day Coordination with 2 coordinators assisting, for up 12 hours. To find out more click below.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

SUPPLIER RECOMMENDATIONS & LIAISON

If you still need to book any suppliers, we'll be happy to suggest some of our trusted, reliable contacts or research new suppliers for you if we don't have the contacts you need in our trusty Little White Book! We'll reach out to all your booked suppliers to introduce ourselves and ensure everything is on track and running smoothly. We'll be their main point of contact in the final 3 months before the big day!

VENUE LIAISON

We'll visit your venue to get familiar with the layout, rooms, staff, and any other important details. We'll be their point of contact in the lead up to and on the day. If you're planning a DIY/Marquee wedding, we'll just need to see the location of the venue.

WEDDING DAY ADMIN

We'll produce all your On the Day wedding admin for you. This includes a timeline/order of the day, list of all suppliers' contact details and key people, a list of everyone's menu choices and dietary requirements, which we'll have already shared with your caterer in advance. All suppliers will also receive a copy of the schedule.

GUEST MANAGEMENT

We'll manage your RSVPs and Dietary Requirements for you and put together a detailed list and table/seating plan to present to your caterers.

TIMINGS

Struggling with the schedule? Don't worry, we know how much time you'll need for each element of your big day and can advise accordingly. It's crucial we get the timings right early on.

RECOMMENDATIONS

We'll highlight any potential issues and provide suggestions to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day.

We'll design your floor plan, if needed

WEDDING WEBSITE

We will create a hidden page here on our website that's unique to you. It will contain useful info for guests, including your wedding date, timings, location info, maps, links to accommodation and taxis, info about wedding gifts, a rough schedule for the day and a link to your wedding gallery (after your wedding). This page will remain live on our site for up to 3 months following your wedding.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are included for all weddings taking place within a 50 mile radius of Salisbury. For weddings further afield, we'll be happy to provide a bespoke quote for you to include additional travel and accommodation, where necessary.

We cannot recommend Catherine and Love That Wedding highly enough! Deciding to have On-the-Day Coordination was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding;
Catherine literally took care of everything, allowing us to have a completely stress-free, fun and special day! She was somehow everywhere at once, helping us to decorate and set up, directing and helping suppliers, looking after our flowers and playing the music during our ceremony as well as so much more. She was also incredibly helpful in the run-up- we booked our suppliers based on her personal recommendations and each one was fantastic.
